By purchasing any of the service packages (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between the client and Evonix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for the duration of the selected package.
Each package includes a predefined scope of services outlined on the respective product page. Customizations or services outside the scope will be quoted separately.
- Starter: Basic deliverables as listed
- Growth: Intermediate services as listed
- Enterprise: Comprehensive, high-end service suite, including strategic consulting
- All payments are processed securely through our integrated payment gateway.
- Full payment is required in advance to initiate work.
- Prices mentioned are exclusive of taxes, which will be added at checkout (if applicable).
- Non-payment or failed transactions may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Project commencement begins within 1–3 business days post-payment and information submission.
- Delays caused due to incomplete client inputs, revisions beyond scope, or approvals are not our responsibility.
5. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing timely content, feedback, and approvals.
- Delayed responses may impact timelines and delivery.
- Each package includes a specific number of revisions as mentioned on the service page.
- Additional revisions or changes outside the initial scope may incur additional charges.
- Once the service is initiated (project kick-off), no refunds will be issued.
- If no work has started and you wish to cancel within 48 hours of purchase, a partial refund may be issued after deducting gateway fees.
- Upon full payment, Clients receive full ownership of all final deliverables, including source files, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and project-related information.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you to Evonix in the preceding 6 months
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India Jurisdiction.
Evonix may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
